Returning a Purchase
Lunar Sleep Systems abides to the South African Consumer Rights ACT. You as the consumer the right to return unsatisfactory goods and we would want to make your customer experience as memorable.
If you have bought any goods and you are experiencing problems with these goods and would like to return them, we at Lunar, will gladly assist you with the return process.
Our Lunar Returns Process & Policy:-
- You may return the goods with no undue or additional risk or expense to yourself and receive a full refund within 7 days if:-
- You did not inspect goods when they were delivered;
- You received a bundle of products, i.e. you received your product/s that we agreed to supply and a mixture products that you did not order;
- Lunar Sleep Systems will refund you the full price paid for, provided the goods are returned in the original unopened packaging.
Kindly be advised that: Pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are non-refundable items of sale and cannot be returned once the original seal has been broken.

Defective Goods Returns Policy
If the goods purchased are defective; are not of good quality; cannot be used and is not durable for a reasonable period of time; and/or not in good working order; or is not compliant with any applicable standards set under the Standards Act, 1993 (Act No. 29 or 1993), or any other public regulation; then the goods may be returned to Lunar Sleep Systems within six months.
In the above event, Lunar Sleep Systems will:
- Repair or replace the failed, unsafe or defective goods; or
- Refund you the price paid for the goods.
Further to the above, you as our valued customer have a Lunar Sleep Comfort Exchange with every Lunar Mattress or Lunar Sleep System purchased. Please inquire to find out more.
