OUR 90/90 Comfort Exchange Policy

We believe in our quality and comfort. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new mattress. If you do not like comfort, choose again, because you deserve it. That is why you are given a standard 90/90 comfort guarantee with any purchase made directly from us (online and/or in store). You will have 90 days / 90 nights of life-changing sleep to decide whether your purchased comfort meets your sleep requirements.

Our 90/90 comfort guarantee policy asks you, our customer, to make a few guarantees with us. There are a few conditions we ask you to accept for your comfort guarantee to be valid:

You must sleep on the new Sleep Systems for a minimum of 45 nights.

You are required to invest in a stain-protected mattress protector or use the one provided.

The waterproof stain protected mattress protector MUST be used at all time.

Between 46 and 90 nights, you may exchange the bed for one of equal or greater value.

If your choice is to upgrade, you will be liable to pay the difference from the original purchase amount to now the new purchase amount.

If you elect to exchange, Lunar Sleep Systems will provide you with your NEW set on exchange number 1.

Should you want to exchange the second- or third time around, you are responsible for the delivery charge.

This partnership is designed to ensure that you, our customer, allow yourself enough time to adjust to your new Sleep System and share the responsibility.
