As the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) situation continues to unfold and develop day-by-day in our country, the safety of our customers, our customers families, our employees and their extended families, remains our primary and on-going concern.
For all purchases / orders placed in-store and or on-line, Lunar Sleep Systems will be taking the following precautionary measures to help reduce the risk of the virus transmission by implementing a few simple changes, effective immediately, as our contribution to a no contact delivery :-
No contact delivery process and procedures
a. Our sales team will contact you a day before to arrange your delivery
b. When our drivers arrive at your delivery address, they have been instructed to call you and or ring the bell,
and remain at a safe distance (between 1.5 – 2mtrs) away from you.
c. As a precaution, during this time we will package your order in bubble wrap + extra heavy-duty micron virgin
plastic bags.
d. All movements will be handled by our well-trained staff thus ensuring you do not handle any delivered
items purchased.
e. Delivery team will announce their arrival at your door and await your further instructions
f. Delivery team will unwrap and set-up the bed set and remove all wrapping/packaging from your home
g. The driver will then record your name, with the date and time of delivery in front of you, so you
won’t need to sign any paperwork. A copy of the proof of delivery will be sent to you via electronic mail for
your record keeping.
(Please do provide our delivery team with your email address of which will be recorded on the proof of
delivery)
How else can you help?
Please remember to wash your hands regularly, before and after receiving your delivery. Please avoid direct contact with driver and or delivery team, such as handshakes.
Stock and availability
We have seen an increase in orders during this period, especially on our Econo range.
We are doing everything we can to restock items that are selling fast, adding quantity limits for certain items, and opening more delivery slots.
